What makes up the CD20+ – 335+?

Cerades is a solid structured ceramic desiccant technology.

It enables more uniform airflow paths, reducing pressure drop compared to conventional bead desiccants and contributing to lower overall energy consumption.

The fixed structure eliminates channeling and desiccant movement, minimizing dust carryover and helping maintain consistent air quality over time.

This design also supports longer service intervals and stable long-term performance.

Depending on the dryer design and operating conditions, the improved flow distribution and heat transfer efficiency can contribute to optimized purge air consumption.

Standard Pre-Filter Configuration

A high-efficiency UD+ pre-filter is supplied as standard with the unit, reducing oil carryover and protecting the desiccant, which supports longer service life. An outlet filter is typically not required for dust removal, as Cerades™ blocks do not generate desiccant dust.

CD20+ – 335+ Options

Pressure Dew Point Sensor (for dryers with DC1 controller):
Reduces purge air consumption by extending the dryer cycle when demand is below full load.
Wall Mounting Kit (standard versions only):
Saves floor space. Can be installed in the compressor room or at the point of use.
